Ingredients

2 tbsp honey
2 tsp corn starch
1 1/2 cup blueberries
1 cup bran flake crumbs
3 tbsp margarine
1 tsp cinnamon
8 oz light cream cheese, room temperature
zest and juice of 1 lime
1/2 cup of powdered sugar
Directions
In a saucepan stir honey and cornstarch until combined. Stir in blueberries and heat, stirring occasionally, until bubbly. Remove from heat.
Spray and 8" spring form tart pan with non-stick spray. Combine bran flake crumbs and cinnamon, then cut in margarine. Press into the pan until evenly distributed. Chill in freezer for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine the cream cheese, lime juice and zest and the powdered sugar. Beat until creamy. Pour the mixture onto the crust. Top with the blueberry topping. Chill for at least 3 hours. Serve. Makes 8 servings.
