    0.25 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    0.13 tsp Nutmeg, ground
    0.50 tsp Vanilla Extract
    0.50 cup Oats, Quaker (1 cup dry oats)
    0.50 cup Hiland 2% Reduced Fat Milk (1 cup)
    0.15 tbsp Chocolate, Nestle Real Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
    0.25 serving great value greek nonfat yogurt (plain) - 1 c.
    0.10 tsp Morton Iodized Salt
    6 tsp Stevia Extract
    .5 serving gnc pure isolate chocolate frosting (half scoop)
    1 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened

Directions

Mix all together and refrigerate overnight. Can eat cold or warm in the microwave about 30-60 seconds
