    1 large Banana, fresh
    .5 cup Applesauce, unsweetened
    .25 cup Great Value Greek nonfat yogurt (plain)
    4 large Egg white, fresh
    5.3 tbsp JIF creamy peanut butter ( 1/3 C)
    1 C Great Value No Calorie Stevia
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    0.25 tsp Morton Iodized Salt
