Ingredients

    flour, whole grain rye, 200 gram
    yeast, 75 gram
    Salt, 2 tsp
    Wheat bran, crude, 3.6 cup
    Water, tap, 8 cup (8 fl oz)
    Flaxseed, .44 cup
    Sunflower Seeds, without salt, .44 cup, hulled
    Flour, whole grain wheat, 200 gram
    graham flour, 1300 gram

Directions

Mix yeast in with some of the water. Blend all dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Work all ingredients together either in a mixer or by hand. Dough will be loose. Let the dough rise for an hour in a large bowl. Punch the air out of the dough. Let sit another 30 minutes. Punch the air out of the dough again and put in 3 2-liter bread pans. Bake in 220 degree C oven for 1 hour. Let cool and freeze loaves you will not use immediately. Store in the refrigerator.
