Ingredients

    500 gram Tesco Lean Beef Steak Mince 5% Fat per 100g 500g bag (by SLAM_X)
    1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    3 clove Garlic
    25 grams Ginger Root
    15 gram(s) Coriander, fresh (by HIBANANZ)
    40 gram Tesco Tikka Curry Powder MEDIUM (by SHORTSTUFF007UK)
    1 serving Tesco Italian Chopped Tomatoes 400g tin
    1 serving Beef Oxo Drink 250mls made with 1 Oxo Cube (by ASTROCHEF)
    100 gram Tesco 0% Fat Greek Style Natural Yogurt
    200 Grams Birds Eye Garden Peas

Directions

Dry fry mice, strain off juices put mice to one side, add juices back to pan.
Add finely chopped onion, peeled and finely chopped ginger cook for 6-8 minutes until soft.
Stir in chopped coriander stalks and Tikka powder, cook for 2-3 minutes stirring until fragrant.
Return browned mine to pa, add tomatoes, stock and season. Bring to the boil, then simmer uncovered for 20 minutes, stir occasionally.
Stir in 100gams of yogurt, peas and half the coriander leaves.
Cook for 2 minutes then taste and season to your liking.
Add the rest of the coriander leaves and stir in until leaves are covered. Serve with rice of your choice (rice calories not included).
