Ingredients

    4 serving Appleton Farms Premium sliced bacon
    4 oz Cheese - Kraft Sharp Cheddar - Block
    2 tsp goya adobo
    2 tsp Garlic powder
    2 tbsp Basil
    1 tbsp Parsley
    32 oz Ground beef
    28 gram Mac's original chicharrones
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw

Tips

You could change the seasonings if you want. I lined the slow cooker with foil, but this is optional.


Directions

Chop bacon. Cook till crisp. Mix bacon, ground pork rinds (rather than crackers), egg, and seasoning. Flatten into a 1-inch layer. Put 1/2 a block (lengthwise) cheese in the center of the meat and fold loaf around cheese. Cook on high 4-5 hours, until the meat reaches an internal temperature of 160.
