Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    5 cup, sliced Zucchini
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 serving Leak (raw) (by MARZIPANS)
    2 clove Garlic
    1 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw
    4 cup Chicken stock, home-prepared

Tips

You could leave out the leak (previously I have, but the addition of leak was great). You could also substitute the stock for Veg Stock and leave out the cream for a vegan version


Directions

Chop all vegetable ingredients into a suitably sized pot, top with stock (just enough to submerge ingredients). Season and simmer until cooked through. Whizz up in a food processor/nutri bullet or with a blending wand. Stir through cream and serve
