Ingredients

    1.Rice flour, brown, 1 cup
    2.Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    3.Hot Chili Peppers, 2 pepper
    4.# Cilantro, raw, 1 tbsp
    5.Salt, 1 dash
    6.Water, tap,1 cup or enough to make a batter
    7.Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed 8.Meal, 2 Tbsp., 1 serving
    9.Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 1 tbsp oil to cook the crepes.

Directions

1. Make a batter of rice flour, finely chopped onions, chillis, flaxseed meal, coriander leaves and salt .
2. Use little water as onions tend to leave water .
3. In a fry pan, put one teaspoon of oil.
4. spread the oil using spoon. or use cooking spray.
5. Take a batter and spread it in the fry pan using spoon .
6. Try to make the thin as possible.
7. Make two or three holes in the roti and put oil.
8. Cover with a lid and cook on medium flame. Cook only on one side.
9. Carefully remove from fry pan and serve with lemon pickle and curd.
10. Wash the outer portion of the kadhai to cool it before making the second roti.
11. It takes little longer to cook but is very filling.
