Ingredients

    4 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
    0.5 cup, chopped Pecans
    0.5 cup Pepitas (Pumkin Seed Kernals)
    0.5 cup, hulled Sunflower Seeds, without salt
    8 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    8 tbsp Maple Syrup
    0.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Directions

1. Combine oats, pecans, pepitas, sunflower seeds and cinnamon seeds in a large bowl. Stir well.
2. Combine olive oil, maple syrup and vanilla extract in a small bowl.
3. Pour oil mixture over dry ingredients and mix well until every oat and nut is lightly coated.
4. Pour into two large baking sheets.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Stir and level again after 10 minutes.
6. Let cool completely on baking sheets undisturbed.
7. Store in in large airtight container at room temperature.
