Introduction

It is hard to get veggies in my son...so I hid them in things he likes. It is hard to get veggies in my son...so I hid them in things he likes.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/3 cup of Plain No Fat Yogurt (i used organic)
    1/4 cup of Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
    1/4 cup of Seedless Grapes
    (your choice which ones)
    1/4 cup of Spinach
    1 Small Banana
    1 Cup of ICE

Directions

combine all fruit in blender then add yogurt
mix till all ingredinents are a smooth liquid
add ice and mix till all ice is blended and no chucks are left

makes about 3 1-cup servings
(for a thicker smoothie add additional ice to mixture) this will also increase the serving size
