Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground beef
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1 onion chopped
    1/2 green pepper chopped
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 drained can kidney beans
    1 drained can cooked lentils (or 2 cups lentils)
    1 bouillon cube, beef flavoured
    2 Tbsps chili powder
    1 tsp cumin powder
    cayenne pepper to taste

Directions

Brown ground beef with garlic, onions and green peppers. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes until flavours blend.
