Ingredients

    2 lb Pork, fresh, loin, top loin (chops), boneless, separable lean and fat, raw
    2 can (10.75 oz) Cream of Chicken Soup
    3 cup Rice | Minute | White Rice (Cooks in 5 Minutes)
    1 cup Milk, 3.25%
    2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap

Tips

Shredded cheese can be added to top as desired. You can use low sodium canned soup and skim milk to lighten it up


Directions

Brown pork loin chops in pan, no oil needed. Mix rice, milk, water, and cans of soup in large bowl until all mixed together. Lay chops on bottom of casserole dish after browning both sides. Pour rice mix over top and put in oven for 90 minutes
