Ingredients

    2 serving Beef - Stew Meat - Cubed - 4 oz raw (by TIGERBABY27)
    8 cup beef bone broth
    1 cup jasmine rice
    3 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw
    1 large Onions, raw
    3 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw

Tips

I use a soup bone with meat on it weighing about one pound that I roast for 2 to 3 hours at 125 degrees, then pour water and beef broth over and simmer another 2 to 3 hours, then add the vegetables and rice and simmer another hour.


Directions

Roast soup meat bone, then stew in beef broth, add vegetables and simmer. Add water if it gets too thick
