Got this out of a magazine. It is really good and refreshing. Serve cold. You don't need a juicer. This is for the blender cause you are keeping all that good fiber in the smoothie. Ingredients

1 cup fresh baby spinach
1 cup filtered water
1/2 cucumber diced
1 stalk celery diced
1 small fresh Pear cored and diced
1 inch piece fresh ginger root minced
juice of 1 small lemon
Tips
Makes 2 cups of smoothie.
Directions
Place spinach in blender. Pour 1 cup water over spinach. Blend until spinach is liquefied. Add in cucumber. Blend. Add in celery. Blend. Add in pear. Blend. Add in ginger root and lemon juice. Blend well.
You can drink immediately or let cool in refrigerator.
