Introduction

This may seem like a lot of calories for a smoothie, but I usually have this for breakfast when I am rushed for time. It's super simple to make, and it fills me up and gives me energy until lunch. Mix and match yogurt and berry type to mix up the flavors. This does make a little more then a normal glass will hold. Ingredients

    1 banana
    1 C berries (your choice)
    1 T peanut butter
    1/2 C skim milk
    6 oz fat free yogurt (your choice flavor)
    4-5 ice cubes

Directions

Add everything into a blender and blend until smooth. Yum!!
