Ingredients

    3 oz Boiled chicken leg quarter with skin, deboned and minced
    2 tbsp Market Pantry Light Mayonnaise
    1 serving Clausen Dill Pickles 1/2 pickle, chopped finely
    1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw, chopped finely

Tips

You may add spices or salt and pepper to taste, but this may alter sodium content.


Directions

Boil chicken in water until done, then remove skin, and bones and place chicken into a bowl. Follow with mayo, chopped pickle, and chopped celery, then mix well until blended.

Serving Size: Makes 2 hearty servings over bread
