Introduction

Preheat oven to 350°. Preheat oven to 350°.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia Cabbage, fresh
    1 stick Butter, salted
    1 tbsp Olive Oil
    4 tsp Garlic sit-in paste (by TEACHERH)
    1 tsp Pepper, black
    1 tsp Paprika
    1 cup Kraft Shredded Parmesan Cheese Natural Cheese

Directions

Peel off the outer green leaves. Cut the bottom core flush so it sits flat, Next cut off the round part on each to square it off. Slice into 4 steaks. Coat bottom with olive oil and place on a cookie sheet. Melt butter and add all ingredients, but the cheese. Mix well. Spread mixture evenly over all the steaks. Place in a 350° oven for 30 minutes. Remove and cover each with the cheese, then return to oven for another 15 minutes until edges are brown.

    You can actually use any of your favorite cheeses not just Parmesan.
