Introduction
This is my favourite basic overnight oats recipe. You can add fruit, nuts or any other toppings you like. This also makes a good base for developing other recipes by adding protein powders and flavourings. This is my favourite basic overnight oats recipe. Ingredients

1 cup Steel Cut Oats, dry
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup natural yoghurt
1 cup milk (I use almond milk but any milk will work)
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tbsp your Honey (Or your chosen sweetener)
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in an airtight container. Cover firmly with the lid and place in the refrigerator overnight (at least 6-8 hours). Enjoy straight from the fridge, with your chosen toppings (I like banana and berries).
