Ingredients

    125 grams Flour, whole grain
    4 cup Rolled Oats
    90 grams Raisins
    90 grams Apricots, dried
    45 grams Sunflower Seeds, without salt
    2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    0.5 tsp Ginger, ground
    140 grams Banana, fresh, mashed
    1 tbsp Molasses, blackstrap
    2 tbsp Honey
    0.25 cup Grapeseed Oil
    1.25 cup water

Directions

Mix all ingredients. Pat out flat onto greased tray and mark into bars. Bake for 45 minutes at 150 C.

Serving Size: makes 30 bars
