Introduction

Quick one-pot potato soup- great as a base or to eat by itself. Quick one-pot potato soup- great as a base or to eat by itself.
Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    1.5 cup water
    6 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw
    1.67 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)
    5 tbsp Daisy Light Sour Cream
    5 tbsp Flour, white
    Salt, pepper, rosemary, onion powder & garlic powder to taste

Directions

Peel and dice potatoes.
Put potatoes, water, and spices in large pot and bring to a boil.
Simmer potatoes 15-20 minutes or until potatoes are soft.
Turn heat off.
Slowly stir in milk
Mix flour and sour cream, then mix in the potato mixture, using a blender if desired.
Taste & add more spices if desired.
