Ingredients

    10 tbsp unsweet shredded coconut (by SLAPPYRAD)
    1 cup Dole Mandarin Oranges
    217 gram(s) Maraschino Cherries (Great Value) - 1 Cherry/5g (by JSMEBY)
    4 extra small (less than 6" long Banana, fresh
    2 cup, halves Strawberries, fresh
    1.5 cup Dole Pineapple Chunks in 100% Pineapple juice No Sugar Added
    2 cup Blueberries, fresh
    1 cup, chopped Cranberries
    2 fruit without skin, medium Kiwi Fruit
    5 serving Stevia, SweetLeaf Stevia Plus Fiber (FOS=475 mg) 1/2 packet

Tips

After adding stevia to the items needing sweetness stack the fruit in the following order in your clear class pedestal bowl. Coconut, Mandurian oranges, maraschino cherries, coconut, banana (sliced), strawberries, pineapple, coconut, blueberries, cranberries, and topped with sliced kiwi and accented around top the shredded coconut. This is best after chilling.


Directions

Keep separate the fruits. Add stevia to the strawberries, cranberries, and coconut. No cooking required.
