Ingredients

    3 large eggs
    2 cup Granulated Sugar
    3 tsp Vanilla )
    1 C. *Crisco Butter Flavored Shortening
    2 cup Zucchini, shredded
    3 cup Flour
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    3 tsp Cinnamon, ground

Directions

Combine ingredients with mixer. Mix until are are blended.

Spray a bundt pan with Pam and place mixture in it.

Bake 60 minutes @ 350 degrees or until toothpick comes out clean

Serving Size: Makes 18 slices
