    Ingredients (base)
    1 lb Minced Extra Lean Ground Beef
    1/4 cup of Chopped Onion
    3 Tbsp. Flour
    1 pkg. (1 3/4 oz.) Beef Noodle Soup Mix
    A bit of Onion Soup Mix
    3 cups of Water
    1 cup of Ketchup
    1/8 tsp. of pepper
    2 cups of Cooked Vegetables (frozen, canned or leftovers)

    Ingredients (Pastry)
    2 cups of flour
    2 (1/2 cup) squares of butter
    2 tsp. of baking powder
    Cold water - Enough to make a soft dough. Your dough needs to be a nice consistency to be able to roll it out.


Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Saute meat and onion until meat loses red colour. Stir in 3 tbsp. flour. Gradually stir in soup mixes, water, ketchup, pepper. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thicken.

Mix in vegetables. Place in large rectangle casserole dish. Cover with pastry and seal edges. Slit top to allow steam to escape. Bake 20 - 25 minutes or until brown.
