16 oz Beef Stew Meat Lean
2 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
4 tsp Lea & Perrin’s Worcestershire Sauce
3 cup Great Value Deluxe Stir-fry Vegetables (frozen)
Tips
If need, you can add not more than 1/2 cup of water to the pan as the dish is cooking to prevent sticking.
Directions
Pour the oil into a large frying pan and heat on medium heat. Add the meat, seasoning and Worcestershire to the pan and cook on med/hi heat until the meat is browned on all sides. Add the vegetables and stir into the meat. Cook on med heat, covered, stirring every five minutes. More seasoning can be added to taste. Dish is done when the meat and vegetables are tender; about 10-15 minutes.
