Ingredients

    1 can Beans, red kidney, drained
    6 oz pasta, cooked
    2 - 3 large bell peppers, diced
    10 oz grape tomatoes
    2 slice, large (1/4" thick) Onions, raw, chopped
    6 oz grated Cheddar Cheese
    3/4 cup Cilantro Pesto
    1 t cumin
    2 t adobo seasoning
    2 - 3 t chili powder
    salt and pepper
    peppa sauce or vinegar (peppa sauce is the liquid from hot peppers in vinegar)
