Ingredients

* *Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, 2 cup (remove)
* Vegetable Broth, 4 cup (remove)
* Regular Beer, 12 fl oz (remove)
* Fat free half and half, 2 cup (remove)
* Cornstarch, .1875 cup (remove)
* Garlic, 1 clove (remove)
* Water, tap, .1875 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
Directions
1. In a large pot over medium heat, cook garlic until fragnant. Pour in beer and bring to a boil. Pour in vegetable broth and return to a boil. Then reduce heat and heat through.
3. In a small bowl, combine cornstarch and 3 tablespoons water, stirring to dissolve. Set aside. Stir half-and-half and cheddar into the soup until the cheese melts. Stir in cornstarch mixture and continue to cook and stir until soup thickens. Serve at once.
