    1 1/2 cups Bob''s red Mill superfine almond flour
    1/2 cup Great Value Organic Coconut Flour
    4 tbsp Earth Balance vegan buttery sticks
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1/4 tsp Salt
    1 cup Great Value Organic Coconut sugar
    1/4 tsp Nutmeg, ground
    2 tsp Ginger, ground
    1/4 tsp Cloves, ground
    1/4 tsp Cinnamon, ground

Directions

Mix together, scoop into 14 cookies, slightly flatten, bake at 350° 14 minutes
