Ingredients

14 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed
2/3 cup Frozen Mixed Vegetables (carrots, corn, green beans, green peas)
2 cup Birds Eye Broccoli Stir Fry Vegetables
1 15 oz jar Pataks Original Mild Curry Simmer Sauce
3 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil
Tips
Be creative! Add any left over veggies!
Directions
1. Cube the skinless chicken breasts and cook in a wok until no longer pink.
2. Remove chicken and stir fry the frozen mixed vegetables and the broccoli stir fry vegetables until softened.
3. Return the chicken to the wok and add a whole jar of Pataks Mild Curry Sauce. Stir.
4. Let simmer for about 15 minutes. Serve over rice or quinoa (not included in the nutritional values of this recipe)
