Ingredients

    1 lb Beef, t-bone steak
    0.5 large Onions, raw
    1 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers)
    6 serving Cheese - Sargento Provolone (1 slice)
    .5 cup Cheese, Kroger Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
    28 gram(s) Cheese, Frigo Shredded Parmesan Cheese (1/4 cup)
    2 serving Mushrooms, Fresh, White Button, Sliced (3 oz / 85g)
    1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

Marinate steaks in 1/4 cup of hot water, 1/4 cup of Olive Oil, 2 Tlbs. White Vinegar, 1 Tlbs. salt, 1 Tlbs. Worcestershire, 1 Tlbs. Mustard, 2 tsp. Black Magic Seasoning, 1/2 tsp. Oregano, 1/2 tsp. Rosemary for at least 30 minutes, making sure that salt is dissolved in hot water before putting in marinade.

2. Remove steaks from marinade and pat dry with paper towel.

3. Cook steaks, onion, green bell peppers, and white button mushrooms in skillet with Tlbs. Olive Oil.

4. Put steak in casserole dish and spread provolone cheese, mozzarella cheese, and shredded parmesan cheese over the top.

5. Heat in oven on 375 until cheese is brown.
