Introduction

This is a versital soup. Simply add your favorite seafood to your taste. It is definitely a winner. I received this recipe from my co-worker again. This is a versital soup. Simply add your favorite seafood to your taste. It is definitely a winner. I received this recipe from my co-worker again.

Ingredients

    Hunts Petite Diced Tomatoes
    1 sm. garlic clove
    1/2 tsp cummin
    l small chopped onion
    16 oz. talipia
    16 oz shrimp
    16 oz scallops (100/200 per lb.)
    1/4 cup salsa

Directions

Mix tomatoes, garlic, cummin, water to thin, and onion in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Add seafood once it is boiling and cook until all the seafood is perfect. (about 15 minutes). Add salsa about 5 minutes before it is done. Approximately 10 servings.
