0.06 cup Tru-Nut Peanut Protein Flour

1 tbsp Hemp Hearts- raw shelled hemp seeds

Tips
Dates our other favorite dried fruits can be substituted for raisins.
Directions
Place oats and 2 cups of filtered water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce to simmer for 20 minutes. Meanwhile add rest of ingredients, except banana and milk to a serving bowl and mix. When oatmeal finished cooking add to bowl, and top with bananas and almond milk.
