Ingredients

    1.0 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1.0 1tsp Olive Oil
    0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    0.3 small Peppers, sweet, red, fresh
    1.0 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
    1.0 tsp McCormick GrillMates Montreal Steak Seasoning
    16.0 oz Venison, ground
    1.0 serving Pork Rind (0.5 oz)
    1.5 oz Tillamook Pepper Jack Cheese
    1.5 serving Cheese - Tillamook Sliced Med. Cheddar (1 slice/serving)

Directions

Mix all but cheese. Flatten and lie cheese on top. Roll into loaf. Bake at 400°F about 40 min or until meat is well done. Serving Size: Serves 6
