Ingredients

    1.0 cup Spinach, cooked
    2.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1.0 cup pieces Mushrooms, cooked
    3.0 oz Pink Salmon (fish)
    1.0 serving Garlic, cooked (1 clove / serving)

Directions

Lightly rub salmon with olive oil and season with thyme and basil (or preferred spices) and bake at 370 for 15 minutes Sautee mushrooms and garlic in olive oil with basil, thyme, onion powder and rosemary to taste until mushrooms are cooked down. Add spinach to mushrooms and garlic and continue cooking until spinach is reduced down.
