Ingredients

    32.0 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck
    6.0 cup beef bone broth
    4.0 cup Cauliflower, raw
    1.0 cup Tomato Sauce
    1.0 cup Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added
    16.0 oz Cream Cheese, Great Value, 1/3 Less Fat Neufchatel Cheese
    4.0 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw

Directions

Brown meat and onion. Toss everything but cheese in. Bring to boil then simmer 1 hr. Add cheese. Mix 4 tbsp with 2 cups milk, add to soup. Boil 5 mins. Serve. Garnish with whatever you like on a burger...pickles, fresh onion, mustard, etc.
