Introduction

Ingredients

    2 heads Romaine Lettuce
    8 oz Fresh Mozzarella
    1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes
    2 tbsp balsalmic vinegar
    1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    salt and (fresh) black pepper, to taste

Tips

Reduce the olive oil or mozzarella to reduce to calorie count further.

The key is using FRESHLY ground black pepper


Directions

Wash and dry all your vegetables.
Chop romaine into bite size bits.
Chop your mozzarella into bitesize bites.
Combine all the ingredients into a bowl, along with a dash of salt and freshly cracked/ground pepper to taste.
Serve cold.
