Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground beef
    1 cup mozzarella cheese, part skim
    1 can or jar of spaghetti sauce (nutritional value is for Ragu Traditional Sauce)
    1 package whole wheat penne or rigatoni

Directions

Cook pasta per package instructions. While pasta is cooking, brown and drain the ground beef. In a 9 x 13 pan, mix all ingredients except cheese. Sprinkle cheese on top (sometimes I use more cheese and mix some in with the other ingredients). Bake for 30-45 minutes. You can make this early and keep in the refrigerator for a few hours until you're ready to bake. Makes 12 servings.
