Ingredients

    3.0 cup Spinach, fresh
    2.0 cup Cannellini Beans White Kidney Beans Bushs
    1.0 cup Flour, white
    1.0 tsp Baking Soda
    1.0 tsp Baking Powder
    1.0 tsp Garlic
    1.0 tsp Coriander leaf, dried
    1.0 tsp Pepper, white
    1.0 tsp Salt
    15.0 mL Lemon Juice

Directions

Blend everything together in a food processor. Divide with spoon on to cookie sheets lined with parchment paper. Bake at 400F for approximately 30 minutes, gently flipping halfway.
