    1 Box Uncle Ben's Long Grain & Wild Rice (Prepared)
    1 Can Diced Tomatoes with Garlic & Basil
    Baby Spinach
    Fresh Mushrooms, Sliced
    Diced Onion
    Shredded Parmesan Cheese, just a touch
    Small amount of dressing for a little flavor boost

Directions

Prepare the rice according to the directions. Allow to cool. Toss all the ingredients together and allow to sit for a few minutes before eating.
