Ingredients

    1 large Onions, chopped
    1.5 cup, chopped Carrots, chopped
    1.5 cup, diced Celery, chopped
    .25 cup Parsley, copped
    1 tsp Paprika
    1 tsp Dried Oregano
    1 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Pepper, black
    8 oz Chicken Stock
    2 can (10.75 oz) Cream of Chicken Soup
    2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast
    1.5 cup Peas, frozen
    15 oz Canned Corn, Drained
    12 serving Nabisco Original Saltine Crackers

Directions

Place onion, carrots, celery, parsley, paprika, oregano, salt, pepper, chicken stock, and chicken soup in the crock pot. stir to combine. the mixture will be thick

Sink the chicken into the mixture and spoon the mixture over the top until the chicken is completely covered by the mixture.

Cook on low for 8 hours. 30 mins prior to the end of the cooking time, remove chicken and shred it with 2 forks or chop into chunks for a more chunky pot pie. Return chicken to crock pot, add the peas and corn. Stir and allow to finish cooking.

Serve with broken crackers
