    1.0 tbsp Olive Oil
    3.0 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
    1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    3.0 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw
    2.0 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked
    0.5 serving Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano
    2.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
    24.0 oz Kirkland Chicken Stock
    1.0 serving Red Bell Pepper (one medium pepper)

Directions

Saute vegetables, add chicken and chicken stock as well as seasoning. Boil for 15 minutes then add rice for time stated on bag. Serving Size: Makes 5 2 cup servings
