    1.5 c sugar
    2 eggs
    1 t vanilla
    1 c mashed very ripe bananas
    .25 c butternilk
    2 c flour
    1 t baking soda
    1 t baking powder
    .5 t salt

Directions

cream shortening & sugar; add eggs, vanilla, bananas & buttermilk: mix; add flour, powder, soda, & salt: mix; stir in chocolate chips: spoon into paper-lined muffin cups, makes 24 cupcakes bake at 350* for 15-20 Min
