    100 gram(s) Avocados, raw, all commercial varieties
    1 can (12.5 oz), drained Tuna, Canned in Water, drained
    0.5 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz)
    1 serving Apple - Honeycrisp, medium
    2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    .25 cup Lemon Juice
    15 grams Cilantro, raw

Directions

mash avocado in a mixing bowl with lemon juice.

chop remaining fruit and veg into bite size pieces. combine with drained tuna and avocado mash
