Ingredients

    8 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup
    2 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    1 serving Bard Valley Medjool Dates (2 dates)
    1 cup Egg whites, Naturegg Simply Egg Whites, 1/4 cup = 2 egg whites
    2 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
    1 tbsp chia seeds

Tips

Not very sweet. Sort of like a biscuit that someone whispered, "Banana" next to.


Directions

Mix the egg whites, banana, and dates in a blender until smooth. Add almond meal, run blender again. Add chia seeds and flax meal. Run blender again. Add baking soda last and run until just mixed. Spoon onto cookie sheet and bake at 350 until done. I just kept checking it until it looked right, I'm not a professional recipe inventor.
