Ingredients

    4.0 serving Chicken Breast Tenderloin - Tyson - 4 oz.
    2.0 bunch Broccoli, fresh
    1.0 clove Garlic
    1.0 tsp Thyme, ground
    1.5 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth
    2.5 cup Golden Grain Mission - Rainbow Rotini Pasta
    0.25 cup Flour, white
    1.0 tbsp Butter, salted
    1.0 cup Triple cheddar shredded cheese kraft
    2.0 cup Dairy, Milk - Whole - 1 cup
    Salt & pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 400. Dice chicken and season it with salt, pepper, thyme. Cut broccoli into small pieces for even cooking. Put pasta in prepared 9x13 baking dish. Dust evenly with flour. Add milk, butter, garlic and broth and stir to combine. Top with chicken then broccoli. Cover with foil, bake 20 mins. Remove foil, stir very well. Add 3/4 c of the cheese and stir very well again. Top with remaining cheese. Return to oven for another 15 to 20 mins until top is golden, sauce is creamy. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
