Ingredients

25 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast
    3 cup Green Beans (snap)
    2 tsp Garlic
.25 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth
    .25 cup Soy Sauce
    3 tbsp Honey
    2 tbsp Argo Cornstarch
1.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Tips

Can try with other veggies of choice like broccoli.

Directions

Combine Broth, Soy Sauce, and Honey and set aside. Heat skillet. Add 1/2 Tbsp oil and beans. Cook for 3-4 minutes, until crisp tender. Remove and set aside. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Add 1 Tbsp oil to hot skillet and add chicken and cook until golden on the outside and cooked through (cook in two batches so there is not too much in the pan and doesn't brown well). Add all chicken back to pan and add garlic, cook for 30 seconds. Add in beans and then pour sauce over all and stir. Mix cornstarch and water and add to pan and stir until sauce thickens, stirring constantly. Serve immediately over brown jasmine rice.
