    2/3 cup Granulated Sugar
    6 tbsp Coconut oil
    1large Egg
    1.0 tsp Baking Powder
    1.0 tsp Baking Soda
    1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract
    3.0 dash Salt
    2.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    1/4 tsp Nutmeg, ground

Directions

425 degrees for 5 minutes. Then 350 degrees for 7-8 minutes
