1 kg Jackfruit ( Unripe Phanas)
1 qt Onion
7 qts Green Chillies
1 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Mustard Seed (Sarson)
1 tbsp Oil

Dont over cook
Directions
Remove white stripes and clean jackfruit flesh, Keep aside
Smash the seeds by hammer and peel seed cover.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, sliced onions, green chillies, saute onions until soft.
Add 1 tsp turmeric and 1 tbsp salt, stir well.
Add jackfruit and smash seeds, add some water, stir well. Cover the pan and let it cook on a very low flame.
keep stirring to prevent it from burning.
Finally, add grated coconut, stir well.
Don't overcook, this is a relatively easy dish to cook and is not as time-consuming, maximum of 10 to 15 minutes. Add Coriander leaves (optional) and Serve Hot.
