    1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh

Tips

This is a low carb version of homemade cream of mushroom soup.


Directions

Melt butter, saute' sliced mushrooms.
Add cream cheese and Almond milk, stir until smooth.
Continue cooking over med-low heat until thicker, about 15 minutes.
