Ingredients

    1.0 cup MIlk, Prairie Farms 2% Milk
    1.0 tbsp Honey
    1.0 extra small (less than 6" long) Banana, fresh
    1.0 cup, cubes Squash, winter, acorn, cooked, baked, with salt
    1.0 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol
    0.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    0.5 tsp Allspice
    3.0 tbsp ice cubes

Directions

Preheat oven to 350*. Bake squash until tender and cool completely or use 1 cup puree. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
