Ingredients

    1 oz Pork chop thin sliced boneless
    0.5 squash (4 inch dia) Squash, winter, acorn, raw
    0.25 cup, unpacked Brown Sugar
    1 serving(s) Orange zest
    1 dash Salt
    1 tbsp Orange juice
    1 Serving(s) Olive oil cooking spray

Directions

Spray crockpot with cooking spray. Place pork chop in bottom of crockpot. Carefully slice acorn squash with electric-knife. Cut off peels with a paring knife ,rinse, and place on to of pork chop. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over squash and pork chop. Cook on low for 4 hours.

Serving Size: 1 pork chop and 1/2 acorn squash

    I think my crockpot is too big for this. I increased by 4 the ingredients and it worked much better. - 3/17/20
